Green Energy One relies on participation in investment projects through an established network of contacts and through agreements with project developers, which develops projects to the operational phase. Green Energy One through this contact network will be offered participation in a substantial portfolio of projects, mainly bioenergy, hydropower, wind power and energy efficiency in the building sector and the industrial sector.

Energy Service Contracts – ESCO means that Green Energy One enters into agreements with energy users or energy producers to implement measures on energy efficiency, both investment and optimization of existing operations and installations. The company takes charge by getting as remuneration a portion of the documented savings and through interest payments on loans. In the long term, the company will participate in a large number of individual investments, with typical single size of 0.2 to 0.5 million NOK and up to 10 million NOK.

Expected return of projects 20-40% and long-term cash flow over 10 years, planning exit / selling of shares after 3 to 5 years.

18-19 June 2015 at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum took place the signing of a package of treaties and agreements in the field of energy efficiency and resource conservation in the territory of St. Petersburg, which included a memorandum of cooperation in the field of comprehensive modernization of housing and communal services of St. Petersburg between the Federal Cluster comprehensive modernization housing and communal services of the municipality and «St. Petersburg clean technology cluster for the urban environment.»

The Memorandum was signed by: Zhuravel Leonid Vladimirovich – Chairman of the branch offices of energy supply and energy-saving technologies in housing and utilities and construction FMoS Russian public organization «Business Russia»; Ragnar Ottosen – Board of directors of the St. Petersburg clean technology cluster for the urban environment.
